Take advantage of this convenient way to share your property brochures with offices in the Sotheby’s International Realty® network as well as the Sotheby’s Auction House.
• Service includes printing and mailing one copy of the brochure to all offices in your choice of one of five regions. All five options include three copies to each of 12 International Sotheby’s Auction Houses. You choose the geographical area that works best for your property.
Create your brochure and check out as usual – If the Property Profile for the property indicates a price of $1,500,000 or more you are eligible to use the Global Distribution Program options and the price for the particular brochure and distribution option you’re ordering will appear on the Shipping and Mailing page. The office brochures will be shipped to you. Merrill Corporation will handle the fulfillment and delivery of the brochures to the appropriate offices and auction house locations.

The dynamic distribution of this issue is estimated at 70,000 copies.
